I bought from this seller several times: NewerTech Maxpowr G3 PDS, ATTO SiliconExpress IV... and everything was fine, but the last time I bought Interware GrandImage 17AV + PowerVIDEO AV and it turned out to be not working.
The elements on the cards were knocked down. At first I thought it was the delivery's fault, but after I took a closer look at the photos he published, I found the same thing. He refused to admit his guilt and insisted that the board was tested and worked fine.

He has a lot of interesting products in stock, but the prices are sometimes just crazy.
