Yes. I have a few of them and one is a permanent part of the Mac mini test bed.
Still I prefer the full-sized keys of the older extended keyboards... instead of the "chiclet" sized & shaped keys of the A1243. But as some of the keys on this keyboard that I use daily, have become stiff - I have been considering a change to an A1243.

What are you thnking of using it with? QS, MDD, etc. LMK and I'll test with whichever... but no problems so far with the minis.

I use both, the A1243 and its smaller brother A1242 with OS9 machines. No probs.

Same here. I have a few A1243 keyboards and I love them. Wonderful keyboard to type on. they of course work fine with Mac OS 9 as well ;)

i have 6(!) M7803 ("G4") keyboards, 2 in use for QS´s & MacPro 5.1, and 4 as spare parts, but all of them are black and after 25 years i finally decided that white is better for my eyes.

so i have to get a new one anyway - and these modern ones are much cheaper to get (they do not (directly) support M3 macs because they are USB 1.1. so everyone is selling theirs)

not sure yet if they have proper rubber feet in order to safely sit on my slanted desks, but we will see.

Just substituted an A1243 keyboard yesterday on this machine where I previously had a an A1060 (wireless) keyboard and I like it so far. (Hopefully fewer missed keystrokes now from stiff keys.) And perhaps NO on your concern about proper rubber feet and slanted desks… but a small bit of double-faced tape might be of some use. (The A1243 keyboard only has the four little feet.)
