Title: Can’t find my old posts
Post by: HAL90002026 on February 17, 2025, 04:14:19 PM
Hello, i find it difficult to find my own post if there is no new reply. What must i do? And, A question about mounting isos. I want to install Reason 2.5. I mount the three disc for that. But if i start the installation, the installer asks for another CD. It’s already mounted but i can choose it. I try it with DVD Utility. Any ideas how i can handle it? Big thanks forward

To view your old posts you can visit your profile (http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php?action=profile) and click the "Show Posts" link.

Usually for multi-disc installs I have to mount the first disc and start installing, then when it asks for the next disc unmount the first image and mount image 2 and so on. I believe this is because when you mount images they mount as an emulated drive, but the installer is expecting CDs to be mounted from the same drive/device. For installers that don't care about the device and can search multiple drives/mounted images I find Toast is best for OS9 and X
