Does fixed bit-rate MPEG2 encoding (at 2, 4, 6, or 8 megabits per second) of DV video (720 x 480) from a either live DV source (tape deck or camcorder) via Firewire ... or an already existing DV format video file on the hard drive
System Requirements:
Apple Macintosh G3 or higher with a FireWire port
• 64 MB of RAM
• Open PCI Slot
• MacOS version 8.5 or higher (9.0 recommended)
AFAIK there is no OS X software, don't know if it would work via Classic or not.
