Happy holiday season everyone!
Im extraordinarily lucky to have gotten a Virus C desktop synth and am thinking of rigging it up with Sounddiver.
Does anyone use one of these with Sounddiver 3? I want to know if there is an adaption that will work with my Sounddiver version 3.05, Ive seen mention of it but think its a little tricky to find.
(Unless you ask in the right places) :)

I found this in the Wayback archive, but no DL
SoundDiver Version 6.6r1 Mac OS9 [retail version]
SoundDiver Virus module for Emagic SoundDiver public beta. The new version supports the Virus Classic. Please make sure that you use the lates, XS key protected, version of SoundDiver.
*** THIS VERSION REQUIRES THE RETAIL VERSION OF SOUNDDIVER ***

whatever that v.6.6. is... but in case you can not find the OEM version (which came with the virus synth), the adaption should also be included in v 3.x

Thanks IIO, I must try it with the Virus B on SD. I have 3.05 SD which is as high as I think it got on OS9 and it doesnt list Virus C.
I might just message Access and ask..

3.05 should work with Virus C. The generic "Virus" diver file has options for all of the series up to that point, except for the Virus "classic", which was really just a repackaged Virus B.
For reference sake the adaptation is dated June 10, 2003 and is a bit over 2MB in size.

Good to know, thanks.
