Knezzen, MigMac and were just chatting on Hotline that it'd be cool to have sort of a list on repair services for our vintage Macs in various countries. Well, here we go ...
Please post any dealers you're aware of performing repairs, upgrades and recaps - ideally include if you've got personal experience with them or just heard of the service.
Germany
i-beyer.de (http://i-beyer.de/) is a one-man-show repair / ebay auctions type of shop. Owner is good at recapping old Macs, brought my Mac IIci back to life. Good communication, reasonable prices. Also sells complete cap sets for various models if you'd like to solder yourself.
United Kingdom
Rude Dog Retros (https://rudedogretros.co.uk/). Supposedly specializes in retro computer repairs & diagnostics. Mac experience - no idea. Anyone?
United States
Amiga of Rochester (https://amigaofrochester.com/) supposedly offers similiar services. Anyone knowing anything specific or has personal experience?
