Title: Visible/Invisible: Files !!
Post by: MigMac on October 24, 2024, 04:37:49 AM
Is there an app to toggle visibility for any file on MacOS9? Disk Tools ?

Invisible Finder only works one way, it can make hidden files visible but can't change already visible files (or maybe I missed something, some option).

Subsidiary question: on one volume I have two OSes, MacOS 921 and Tiger, I'd like to make all the OSX invisible for OS9. I guess it won't change anything if I boot from OSX though...

Norton's 'Fast Find', Snitch (Control Panel). Maybe something else. I've always used Fast Find.

if you know the location, resedit´s open dialog or the list view option in filebuddy also shows them.
