Title: looking for PCI scsi CI-4500UW (chipset 83c875) driver

Hi all,

I installed a CI-4500UW PCI SCSI card in my powermac G4 MDD (dual boot OS9.2.2/OSX 10.4.11), but it is not recognized under Mac OS9/OSX.
From system information the card is listed in pci devices list, but without driver.

I searched in the net but found no download link.

Does someone have a Mac OS9 or Mac OSX driver for this?
