I compressed this file using zip on OSX.

Nice list! Zip on OSX will most likely destroy the resource forks though. Can you make a .sit file instead? It might work if one would extract the zip under OSX. I'll give that a go.
Thanks for your contribution! :)

I uploaded sit version. i compressed by drop stuff on os9.

it is nice that you share, but we have a file server where you can find all this audio software.

you should really visit our hotline server if you have not yet, it will be of high interest to you. :)

What is new about the link you provided? What is the hotline?

What is new about the link you provided? What is the hotline?
Hotline is a file sharing software that uses a specific protocol to allow client-server traffic and some additional functionalities like chat with other users on the server.
This is used because it has been around for a while and is available on OS 9 and not resource intensive.
You will need to get a hotline client installed on your computer hence the download link.
-
I'd even add on to the already great explanation by DrNo7 that Hotline was made specifically with OS 9 in mind. You should get a client, it's the future ;-)

>IIO
I didn't know there was an app called Hotline. I found out about it through your answer. I downloaded it right away and am starting it now. It's taking a while, as you'd expect from OS9. Thanks for your answer.
>DrNo7
I see, I'm excited. I have Classic Macs Hotline open, but it's taking a long time. It's been more than 20 minutes since it showed "Loading banner image". Do you have any recommended groups? Thanks for your answer.
>Bolkonskij
A long time ago, anyone could do it, but now it's a dream to be able to use the Internet with OS9! What groups do you recommend? Thanks for your answer.
This is a basic question, but will I be able to meet IIO, DrNo7 and Bolkonskij on Hotline?
-
I think the banner loads after you connect and sometimes it doesn't load right, so you might be in already. Try opening the Files or chat section from the buttons on the panel.
-
The banner loading is a known bug in Hotline Connect 1.9.x. It doesn't matter in terms of functionality, but you'll get a stalled item in the transfer list trying to get the banner as stated.

>rvense
>Knezzen
Thanks for the reply! I was able to log in successfully! I'm on macos.retro-os.live now. I'd like to meet rvense and Knezzen on the hotline.

We're not on macos.retro-os.live (or at least I'm not). If you want to hang out on Hotline, try connecting to hotline.macos9lives.com instead ;)
