Title: Disk too slow or System Overload. (-10010)

anyone have any tips for avoiding this dreaded msg;)

Maybe you use same ata-sata bus for macos and the audio tracks? I use the cd bay with a HD for the OS on my DA to let the ATA66 bus only for the tracks/ library of samples.

hmmm yes thats probably why....
need to have 2nd hard drive for recording/samples..
but this error is happening and im not even recording yet!
i was just playing back a few imported samples .. maybe 6 seperate tracks.. just looping in logic
but yes.. it is just 1 hard drive on the ATA-66 bus

pretty sure that error came when i was using the g4-450mhz agp sawtooth..

cant remember what i was doing;)
ah yes i was trying to do too much with 1 hard drive.. probably
on ATA-66 bus.. no wonder;)
