lacking the breakout cable unfortunately but i have found that this db25 breakout is compatible with other db25 breakout boxes that
also feature a similar input/output scheme (2 in / 8 out) such as the Gina 20bit (event electronics / echo audio) breakout box

this is the breakout box..
all u would need then is a serial sex (M to F) changer + db25 serial cable (available all over the world for cheap, used to be printer cables for pinters, find them anywhere at electronics surplus locations)
