notice the hole in the backplate of the firmtek 1s2

never seen this done before
but i guess this is an easy fix for sata vs esata
if u have a dremel + the backplate of your card is able to be screwed off  + put back on after the cut mod..or perhaps theres a specialized backplate u can get that is precut to feature this wire pass thru space

yes but thats not an option if u have every slot used...
