There is no hurry in to posting this app because it is already available in Macintosh Garden...
But I'm remembering a little thing related to SoundEdit 16 that it wasn't posted at Macintosh Garden, nor anywhere else ...

This is an enhanced version of the Loop Turner tool for Soundedit 16, I'd compiled from source code with CodeWarrior long time ago ...

Yes, it is similar in function to loop tool in Alchemy. But SoundEdit is better sound editor than Alchemy, IMHO.
... besides Alchemy is 68k only, no PPC native...
