It's just what it says. Back in the day, Macs could read PC Floppys with the SuperDrive, but PCs couldn't read Mac formatted floppys without such software. That it did removable mass storage media transfers is news to me. The first such media I used was the Zip, though I owned one Syquest 250 cart, but no drive.
