Just scored a M-Audio Delta 410 form ebay for 10 bucks! (hope it works) It is of course missing the breakout cable. Did some research and I plan to build one of those myself.
Planning to get the following:

So this is all I have now, I'll put up a post on full tutorial. Im stuck at which type of wires to buy... just speaker wires? or something more sturdy, cant be too thick because it has to fit through the dsub hood when bunched up. If there are any of you that done something like this I would love to hear tips. please let me know.

another tip for u..
u can use the 410 with a gina 20 break out box
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Event-Echo-Gina-20-Bit-Multitrack-Instrument-PCI-Recording-Interface-Breakout-/171517633228?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
all u need is a gender changer or a cable that switches genders (which are easy to find)
