this is low cost.. 24$ at my local store

im trying to find a low cost one that supports dvi adapters (as to get support for vga or DVI, the geforce4mx card is only ADC/DVI)
then again maybe using a dvi/vga adapter in combination with vga cable would work perfectly

the 10$ one that i posted about is now sold out (Figures)

wow ! its been replaced by a 6$ one!!

i just bought one so ill let you guys know how well it works;)

this design is flawed tho.. i mean it would be better to have one
where the button is remote from the connections to avoid desktop clutter

heres an example of one with a remote button seperated from the connections box

I have here the 4 port kvm usb-vga; same unit of that model but 4 ports, and works really nice :)   7.33 euros.
