Title: Anyone have a backup of the Sonnet Crescendo installer?

Sonnet doesn't put up their old software for Crescendo cards. I only see something for Mac OSX. My G3 500/1M card needs to be installed into my 9600. Does anyone have a backup copy of the software laying around?
