Title: Prosoniq SonicWORX PowerBundle RealTime plugings
Post by: MacTron on August 17, 2014, 10:39:49 AM
To use Prosoniq SonicWORX Power Bundle Real Time plugins in any VST host, just change file Type to "aPcs" and Creator to "stCA" of each one of the real time plugins and it can be used on your favorite VST Host from now on.

Unfortunately the impressive Pandora and Satur8 Pro doesn't worked... :(

But we have a 11 "new" plugins to add in our VST arsenal!:

Graphic EQ, Refresh, Rubberband EQ, FFT Analyzer, Control Room, Output Module, Multiband Compressor, Parametric EQ,Test Sig.Gen, Subsonic, Pan.

"another trick in the wall" LOL  -afro-

u must use version 2.6 ... either registered or the freeware distribution ... older versions use slightly different fx plug-ins.

Didn't know that one! Thanks.
For sure! :)
Nobody knew this -but myself- until now ! LOL (as most of my tricks).
Unfortunately some "little" problems have arisen: bad drawing (or not drawing at all) controls...
Let's see if we can fix them...

the eqs tend to chrash cubase/nuendo/max, anyone tried logic yet?

pandora might never work even if you bought it or convert a cracked copy, i think i requires a vectorsize of 2048 or something ... thats probably also why the announced VST/RTAS product never came out. (when you have seen how much CPU the pandora follow up "sonicworx pro" sucks for one track in realtime, you know that a G4 isnt capable of such tricks anyway. sniff. booohoo.)

Thank You, unfortunately don't work as well as seemed at first... :(

Some of problematic plugins work way better with FM7 standalone as a VST Host. I know that this isn't useful but it can give us some idea of where the problems are ....

lol, i knew that you are going to try that next. NI Sonicworx Panner, Standalone Version.  8)

yes, unfortunately the compressor also just freezes the system when you enable automation in cubase or nuendo.

but nice try!

to no avail.

but you know what is a bit funny? a(ny) VST host normally expects a aEff resource. so it is a bit mysterious that they load at all.

They load because they have this aEff resource. Just take a look.
The problem seems that for -some reason- it can't load the controls pictures ...

Alg. Inputs so SWPB must be able to record? or save as file?

ok so v2.0 adds Asio input but does it allow to record the incoming audio somehow or how does that work. i see no record button.

it would be so easy if the wayback machine would have archived

I have no idea that that means…
If all of your OS9 - capable machines a "being serviced" you can't run Sonicworx anyway.

BTW, The "OSX Driver" was only for playing back files under Classic and it never worked worth a crap anyway. That's why you can't find it.

Don't forget you need the "Unsupported" OS9 if it's a FW800 model, which it most likely is.

you are currently trying to use RTAS and VST in OS7, OS9 and OSX all at the same time, probably for building a up a museum, and that is more than a full time job even if you are young.

will do

Firewire 800 ports are seen as FW400 ports are FW400 ports are Not recognized, all other hardware functions as normal

can someone please translate this for me as english is my second language only.

welcher teil davon ist unklar? die 400er ports gehen nicht, der 800er geht. du hast also an einem "unsupported" nur einen port.

scheint mir hier aber offtopic zu sein. :)
