Zynaptiq Acquires Prosoniq Product Line and Technologies
The entire team at Prosoniq would like to thank you for your interest in our products and your support over the years. As of 2014, Prosoniq is now proud to be part of the Zynaptiq family and will cease to exist as a separate corporate entity. Zynaptiq will continue to sell and support our existing product portfolio, so this change in ownership will not negatively affect the version of the products that you have purchased.
You can still use our web site tools for updating and registering your products in 2014 while the database is migrated to the Zynaptiq servers. You will be notified if and when you need to take any action in this regard. Feel free to access the tools from the menu on the left.
Click the Zynaptiq banner above to directly access the ”products” page at Zynaptiq and scroll down to get to the Prosoniq line of products and the corresponding purchasing links.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you as Zynaptiq customer and would be happy to hear from you if you have any questions or concerns (please use the Zynaptiq contact form for this).
Best wishes
Stephan Bernsee, Liquidator
The entire Prosoniq Team

another something i just read about,
the guy who made most of the mac os 9 arturia vst
is now running XILS lab
http://www.xils-lab.com/
creating new products there since 2008 he left arturia http://www.arturia.com
which maybe explains why arturia switched to making hardware instead of software
after his departure? surely he wasnt there only programmer tho.. but a talented one?

Wow, that's some impressive stuff there! I can see how those tools could become IMMEDIATELY INDISPENSABLE to many audio professionals!!

Well maybe. But for a Cubase user the Spectrasonic stuff is near to useless ... unless you have MachFIve VST ...
