Title: network printing from Classic
Post by: lizful on March 11, 2018, 09:04:09 PM
For years I printed from Classic via direct USB cable to HP M1212, but dunno what driver in Classic enabled this, except that it was a Laserwriter8 print screen. After a power outage, I can't print from Classic, although the 10.4 side communicates fine. My accounting programonly works from Classic, and tax time is coming up.  Help, anybody?

Since you've provided almost zero information, all one can do is guess.
Is Laserwriter available and selected in the Chooser?

If the Printer has a Jet Direct (Ethernet Card), the classic drivers are here

Use these ONLY if you plan on "network printing" as you originally mentioned, theses are NOT for a USB connection
