Hoping someone has this, but I need the firmware patch for a Giga Designs G4 upgrade card.
It is working in one machine, but I need to move it to a different machine. Of course if I do that the computer doesn't boot. No chime or anything. This is expected, I know.
But I do not have the firmware patch to apply to even have a boot.
If anyone has that, it would be awesome.
Or if firmware from another cpu upgrade will work.
Funny thing the machine with the upgraded firmware has a really messed up open firmware.
The commands to reset the nvram are missing.

I'm fairly certain I still have the software. My Quicksilver has the Giga Designs dual 1.8 GHz in it and I was the one who installed it years ago. I'll take a look when I get home from work tonight.
Update:
I've uploaded a zip file from the Quicksilver 10.5 machine which contains the updater app and a couple other useful things I had saved with it. I'm sure you're aware the software only runs in OS X. I'm PM'ing you a download link to my Google Drive, as Drop Box doesn't seem to be responding right now.

A friend give me that Giga Designs G4 upgrade card but without any software.
Giga Designs is down, and i can not find the software.
Can you send me the firmware patch, please.
My old PowerMac G4 (Gigabit Ethernet) will be happy.
Thanks

I have a Dual 500 G4 with OS 9.2.1. I recently purchased a Giga Designs 1.3Ghz G Celerator. Apparently this upgrade needs software to work under my OS. Headgap sent me some patches that would only open in OSX. Help?
