Title: Keydisk Terminator 4.0
Post by: mrhappy on March 11, 2015, 09:26:32 AM
Is anyone familiar with 'Keydisk Terminator'?? Seemed somewhat controversial... Just stumbled across the 4.0 version. What was the deal with this? Would it still be of use??

I've been checking KeyDisk Terminator,
I understand it, it seems to make a 'hidden' partition on the system, you install the program there (which is not possible with all programs because they say "no system found on this hard drive something". )
(In Layman's terms) Then you back it up, delete the partition and replace it with the backup, which will become visible and you can run your program straight from there (without any Key/Master Disk)

This is no use if the Master Disk has no authorizations on it anyways.

I'm learning how to copy and write new Master floppies,
so far I'm comparing an image I wrote with a long-trail of programs and conversions, comparing that in Norton Disk Editor, blocks and stuff and it looks identical (but the original Master image I'm writing has no authorizations on it...)
