There is so much info floating around here, I need to gather it up and get status on machines so I can start to figure out what drivers/hacks we need to make/automate so that all the bootable systems boot and work.
If we can identify here the models that we have gotten to boot and what doesn't work that would be great. I'm going to start digging back through all of these threads and create a spreadsheet with all the details.

I really appreciate the work all of you are putting into getting unsupported Macs running with Mac OS 9.
If you plan to do such a huge speadsheet, I´d like to throw in another thought. There are several applications that need special Mac OS language versions to run correctly. Often also Mac software doesn´t work on a different language and refuses to install.
Thats why I never set up an english system. Perhaps we can keep this in mind, and find in the medium term a solution for it as well?

I think that this would be a whole project it's self that would need it's own attention.

Yeah, but it is a project I would love to be a part of.
It could be a spreadsheet, or it could just be a sticky list.

And a very good project. Maybe you could start it up?
