MacTron's Chart?
« on: April 05, 2024, 01:40:31 AM »
Okay. Where the hell is that old status chart posted by MacTron, listing all of the machines that have been cracked or hacked to run OS 9? I’ve searched for 45 minutes tonight and not found. (I did have it onsite bookmarked.) G'night all! ::)

Not sure what chart you're referring to. I'll have a look :)

EDIT:
This one?

It was in the Mac OS 9 on unsupported hardware like it's always been.
The search function is.... Not optimal to say the least.

Yes, thanks. That’s the one.
Now it’s on a Child Board, which is different.

And while search function may not be optimal
- it is indeed the best we have at present.  ;)

True, but it's the same board as it was before, only moved in as a child board.
I get your point though.

Glad you found it and thanks for the thanks :)

No problem! Took me some time, but I checked and the plugin seem to be PHP 8 compatible, so of course it should be re-enabled :)

if i type "os9 unsup" into the firefox adressbar, google brings me to matching mac-classic and os9lives threads immediatly.

i am aware about the cons of using google, but using google search works well for many sites whos own search might be suboptimal.

Thanks very much Knez. 8)
I just checked old bookmarks and all are there and functional.
Really, a major plus to have them back and for future use + new additions.

So your old bookmarks didn't get lost with this transition? That's great!!

Maybe I will start using that feature from now on.
