But I would love if you can can make posts here of what you have that is still usable in 2023 that need no internet activation, and specifically

List all software that never needs a periodic web/internet check

I'll start with Logic versions that we do not have here:

Logic Pro 7 -> Needs a USB XS Key

Logic Pro 8 -> Serial Number only

Logic Pro 9 -> Serial Number only (or web version v9.8.1 with packages) as far as I know it never goes out to do a periodic internet check
