Title: USB Ethernet?
Post by: GigaG on November 11, 2021, 07:33:26 PM
Before you laugh this off...

I have a Powerbook A1013 with a dead Ethernet port. While I realize that USB 1.1 Ethernet would be slow as molasses, given the fact that the Airport Extreme and the CardBus slot won't work with the unsupported Mac OS 9 install, this might be my only option for networking... that is, if there is a USB Ethernet adapter compatible with OS 9. Does such a thing exist?

SMC's documentation clearly states driver support for OS9:
