Title: anyone have m-powered 6.7 for 10.3.x?

if anyone has a copy,
id like to see if my m-powered 7.0 dongle will let me run 6.7 on 10.3.9
i dont think its possible for me to run 7.0 on 10.3.x i think it requires 10.4.2
