Hello everyone,
I recently got a G3 from a school and have been trying to reset it, but it seems to be locked to a network manager. I've tried wiping the drive and booting the computer with only the CD drive in and it still boots to the network manager. Does anyone have ideas on how to get around this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is it an old world G3 or a new world G3?

New world I believe. It's a m4984. Thanks for the reply!

Command+Opt+P+R?

I did try resetting PRAM with no luck. It will reset and make the chime noise like it should, but boots right back to the server manager. Not really sure where this manager is stored lol. Thanks for the reply.

Next step is try NVRAM reset: hold cmd-opt-n-v

Maybe a keyboard with a stuck "N" key?
Try placing a Mac OS Install disc in the CD/DVD drive and holding Opt at startup.
