Yup, I got the above linked MacOS 9 Lives! Qemu image with UTM, which defaults to using TinyCodeGen / TCG for PPC emulation, which means it should be pretty fast on both Intel and Apple Silicon machines. It also has the Screamer patch pre-applied to its qemu-system-ppc build, so if you configure a Mac99 machine type, you can also configure Screamer audio.

Sadly, I could not get Classilla to load YouTube within it, so I had to view this video on my host machine, heh.
