There was some serverless Video call programs to Mac OS 9:

sadly death links, but I think that version V0.87b3 was last freeware version. Has somebody that version?

but it need registeration, so cannot use..Do somebody know how was older versions?

These seem to be what you are looking for.  Additional versions also found. Ask if you want any.
