Title: using pre-OMS versions of Cubase
Post by: macStuff on August 05, 2019, 11:01:46 PM
does anyone have any documentation  from any pre-vst versions on how to use cubase with apple midi manager?
is midi manager required? not required? optional?

theres actually a good amount of info on it here in this page:

Earlier versions of Cubase works with Apple Midi manager, and "Modern Ones" with OMS.
But Cubase always include its own midi manager and driver (MROS) to "old" Mac Serial Ports and MIDI Serial Ports adaptors , so it can works without OMS or AMM.
