Title: 1 finger chords in cubase vst?

is there a way to program a chord configuration + map to single key presses in cubase vst 5?
in ableton this is really easy with the chord midi effect

With Input Transformer and/or IPS you can do this and alot of more...

i saw the transformer.. and the arpeggiator!
i couldnt figure out the transformers interface tho

what about midi effect vst? do these exist for mac os 9?
a vst that doesnt make sound.. but processes the notes
