Just wondering if there are many other alternatives to Virtual PC out there? I've used this a bit but have found it quite sluggish (mouse lag) which I find annoying. Plus VPC 6 only shows that I have 4MB video memory which is tiny compared to the 32MB I have. There's no way OS9 can be using the remaining 28MB.
Are there any other good emulators out there that can run windows games/apps on a PPC Mac?

That's right, they were pretty cool! I ended up buying a Quicksilver G4 so Hopefully that will be a bit faster with VPC

VPC was never really speedy, Win95 or Win98 ran OK. Emulating graphics hardware can be tricky, and the guest CPU ends up using a lot of clock cycles redrawing the screen. I don't remember if VPC let you set the refresh rate of the guest, but the lower the better.

The best method of running XP and Vista code is CrossOver from codeweavers.
It is a polished version of Wine.
It will not run on a PPC.

Is there any emulator/virtual machine for OS9 that supports midi/OMS ?
