The topic about Matrox cards was once raised on this forum, but such things say that all the same, Matrox took place in Macintosh systems
In the case of such an exotic market in Japan, do you think Parhelia was made for Macintosh?

thats cool wasnt on my radar, there a list for new os9er which gfx card to look out for 1 to 10
-
greystash has a list
http://mac-classic.com/articles/mac-os-9-compatible-graphics-cards/
add the voodo cards to that (fine for small monitors but no OSX support) and you have the "standard" stuff.
dual /w split and 2*VGA is a really unique feature!

It seems still for sale, nobody is enough rich to buy it for test..
...and it would be nice if buyer is enough skill-full to read MacROM from it, so that somebody skill-full enought to flash now easy available Matrox G400 PC-cards for use with Mac.
Matrox cards are made for professionals.

Matrox Odyssey Xpro+
I think that Odyssey Xpro+ is not Mac OS 9 card...although card it self has PowerPC G4-processor :)
from manual: "The G4 PowerPC runs an off-the-shelf RTOS with a very small footprint and fast response to task switches and interrupts."
If somebody hack MacOS9 to run it in that card then he/she would be coolest person in the world :D
..but good question is does Linux PPC support that card in PowerMac G5 with PCI-X?
