How difficult is it to flash an ATI Radeo 9000 Pro AGP GPU from PC to Mac? And how does it compare to the ATI Radeon 9000 Pro Macintosh Edition?

i've never done it and probably wont be able to [need access to a pc with agp slot] but i came across this:
