I just stumbled upon an editor from Opcode called Galaxy. It has some editors in there for certain synths that seem better than SoundDiver adaptations. Is the editor included in in this package?

not sure as im totally not a seasoned expert but juszt trying to learn about this stuff..
i think galaxy is like the sound diver for opcode extra addon on librarian for sounds + patches forgear

The Opcode Users Group on Yahoo has complete working downloads of StudioVision 4.2, 4.5.1, Galaxy + Editors, OMS and everything else Opcode you could ever want.
It's a nice group. Most of those files are mirror of the old Opcode Users Group site. I can post any of that stuff if you need it. And maybe a few other things...

Less "useful" in what sense? In that you can't just vacuum up files without, I don't know, joining? I use StudioVision and I found it very "useful" to join that group. Just about every possible subject pertaining to Opcode products has been discussed there at length. It's only "restricted" just enough to keep out the trolls.

useful for redistribution of information + files.. its ok i will post everything from there here:) lol
less usefull in that its not open to the general public is all i meant. some people dont have the patience to join a mailing list group

Just got a set of SVP 4.0 install disks & documentation, I made some scans (some still need stitching/editing) but they are pretty much numbered in order. A few have been up here but not the set for 4.0 that I've seen.

I'm currently tethering to my cellphone & overage is $20/GB which lowers incentive for much upload/downloads, also wanted something I could share across various Opcode groups in one swoop, otherwise I'd be uploading. Hope to get cable soon.

or specifically on 11-11-1999
not sure if this is correct.. but i do know that development did cease on SVP in 1999.
