Post by: MacTron on November 05, 2016, 03:16:03 AM
We need to build a FAQ post. What do you think?

I will begin with a main FAQ:

# Can PC hardware be used with Mac Os computers
?

Some PC hardware can be used as is, but most need some knowlege about how to make it work, other harware is imposible to make it work with Macs. More info Here (future link)

i have a similar thing in mind since one year.

all the valuable informations from the forums, especially "our" additions to MacOS 9 but also some basic data, links and tools like system extensions should be put into one place somewhere - after the info is certified.

more or less what is already tried on the website intro, but a bit more "live" and in a language which non programmers and non hardware expert will also understand.

or a place where every active user has one private thread where he/she publishes his/her work and interim results.

you and knez and 923 are already have posts like that, i should join, and there are some other people or topics which could be covered in a place like that.

i´d be willing to to the editorial work but need the help of the individual contributors (and with english)

Some kind of "My project" sub forum would be great, be it software or hardware related. Everything from writing documentation to overclocking your CPU could be covered. Whatever you have as your current project :)

Just a thought. Would be easier to find these kinds of topics this way.
