Kaleidoscope, Greg's Browser, Power Windows & performance

All of these seem like great tools, especially power windows and greg's browser. Back when I was on Win 98 up until XP, I always left off the themes as I noticed it took away from the system resources.

Do you think running these things will take from the performance of a stock-themed G4?
