Configure Built in NIC Power G3 Tower

Hi guys,
I've got the Power G3 tower running MacOs 9.1.

Is there a way I can configure the built in network card? My switch is setup to auto speed and duplex but the G3 seems to connect at 10 half duplex. I want to try and force the MacOS side to 10 full. Cant seem to see the network card settings anywhere??
