MS Parser Library (PPC), also known as Microsoft Parser Library 4.5.
I search the headers for this library.
Preferably also the source code.
This was part of Microsoft Internet Services 4.5.

What year, What Companies, any additional information?
That can help me and others better understand, what to insert in the search terms would be much appreciated.
http://www.project-strus.net/wikipediaToXML.html is an example of a company that claims that they can convert Wikipedia XML to something more readable without Wikitext. See example http://www.project-strus.net/wikipediaExampleXML.html

Thanks for specifying OS923 and the links.

I haven’t gotten around to searching the XML conversation from others yet, have read the links you attached. First impression that comes to mind is, that it does seem like all that is needed for converting is already in that link. Follow up later.

I’m sure the Web Installer doesn’t work, but I’ve attached it anyway.

mirrors.vanadac.com
I need one with more memory please, to search this archive, as it uses significant memory -and yes I have my 40 tabs closed. ⌘+F search term: framework

It would be nice if a real programmer with insights could try google using the search terms:
"source code" + "Microsoft Internet Services" + "4.5"
"headers" + "IIS" + "4.5"
Or whatever else comes to mind. There’s plenty of results, I’m unsure of which one to pick exactly.

I switched to 64-bit Windows. It took me more than a month to reinstall my laptop and update my programs.

Now there are still a few issues. I search a 64-bit version of the following programs, or something similar if that doesn't exist. It has to be completely functional, not just a 30-day demo without password. I didn’t crack all this stuff to be sent away with a demo.

The pursuers are ready -let the hunt begin...
What are you searching for,
what's your request ?[/center]

Has somebody full version of this demo or newer version?:
http://fi.archive.ubuntu.com/info-mac.org/_Development/omikron-basic-demo-632.hqx
It is highly PowerPC optimized Basic for Mac OS 8.1-9.2.2...that demo version has full html-manual.

Here is more info about Mac versions:
https://web.archive.org/web/20100830155827/http://www.berkhan.com/basic/start_e.htm
It seems that version 6 works with System7.1 too.
Even last version 8.5 works with MacOS8.6-OSX PPC(/Intel with Rosetta)

Thanks teroyk
Version 3, 4 and 5 were only preliminary searches. I'll update when I find versions 6 - 8, another day. They are out there, just need a deeper dive.

*Update
Omnikron Basic v5.16 + Compiler Atari users only, I'll leave the link for them.
I getcha, version 3, 4 and 5 were only for the Atari. Need at least version 6 for Mac, I'll upload it to the Garden and hope one can supply a serial.

I switched to 64-bit Windows.

you know that most of them will probably just continue to work?

with the exception of using more than 3 gb RAM.

*Update. Uploaded to MacintoshGarden

It seems that now start real hunt for these:
1.
Yamaha mLan driver version <1.04 that came with CD-ROM with these Yamaha devices:
Yamaha CD8-mLAN
Yamaha mLAN8P
Yamaha mLAN8E
Yamaha mLAN-EX
Yamaha MY8-mLAN
btw..I accidentally find manual of those old drivers: https://usa.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/8/318168/mLANDriverE.pdf
and CD-ROM actually include non-graphical patchbay, manual: https://usa.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/1/318171/mLANPatchbayE.pdf
and older mLan mixer-software manual: lhttps://usa.yamaha.com/files/download/other_assets/0/318170/mLANMixerE.pdf
You can easily find newer versions, but they don't work with above Yamaha devices and older version also support Powermac G3.

2.
Village Tronic graphics cards last beta drivers, especially VTBook 1.2 beta driver, more info here:
http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php/topic,5548.0.html
btw..It would be interesting find programmers of those, because they can write new accelerated graphics drivers for Mac OS 9.

3.
Connectix Virtual PC With Red Hat Linux, more info:
http://macos9lives.com/smforum/index.php/topic,5481.0.html
Shortly, it has extra additions that didn't came with another versions, from manual:
"The disk image that ships with Virtual PC with Linux includes the Virtual PC Additions, which provide support for dragging the cursor between the Macintosh desktop and the Virtual PC window."
Also if we find files from Connectix ftp-server, it might help, more info:

It’s called "75 Mac Advantages". Once I found the real title on lowendmac it was easy.

I don't believe you.
Example:
I don't looking for this disk editor called Sedit: https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/sedit
I looking for Akai S1000/S1100 editor called sEDIT: http://web.archive.org/web/19980206091358/http://imuse.com/sEDIT.html

I don't believe you.

no idea about SCSI apps. i only send audio apps to audio sites.

make you sure you have midi manager OMS driver installed first or s-edit might create an invalid prefs file.
