How can i make work an old macintosh portrait display on Mac os 9?

Well, i have one of this vertical CRTs and i am trying to make It work on a power macintosh G4, but i am not able to get Signal, any idea of what can i do?

there is an extension for portait mode

it is single client and only works for monitor #1
