I have been looking on facebook marketplace for a old Powermac G3 and i found one, but i am unsure if the owner has the proper discs (probably not because they called it a iMac) so can i just use a cd-r with the image of mac os 9 that i found on this forum to install?
idk if its a 1st or 2nd iteration yet and i cannot go out and meet with the owner to see because of the quarantine in wa :'(

most images - or better should I say "all" of them- even DMG can be burned on a PC /Linux etc , I did the same even with my past 'ancient' PB1400 !
