Does someone know if I can use a 2560X1080 display with Mac os 9.2.2 and a rage 128?

The max on the Rage 128 pro for resolution is 1600 x 1200; so if your monitor supports that, it should work provided you have the right cable.  At least that is my experience.

9600 or geforce 2 ... and most likely only with multiresolutions extension.
