Two IBM 40GB EIDE Hard Drives with a TurboMax 133 host adapter card and cable for the G3/G4 Apple Computers. Can be installed in a Blue/White G3 introduced June 1, 1999 and all G4’s.

TurboMAX offers a data storage breakthrough for Macintosh owners. You can install a PCI card in your Macintosh that will allow you to add fast, inexpensive, Ultra DMA EIDE hard disk drives to PCI Macintosh computers. High performance, high capacity storage at unbelievably low cost. Four additional EIDE disk drives can be installed in a Blue/White G3’s introduced June 1, 1999 and G4’s under 733Mhz and two additional drives on G4 733Mhz and higher. TurboMAX Kits include a TurboMAX/ATA-133 PCI host adapter especially configured for Ultra DMA ATA-66, or ATA-100 Hard Disk Drives. Disk drives can be formatted with standard MacOS partitions or can be striped in pairs as RAID-0 for sustained transfer rates high as 24 MB/sec with peak/burst rates to 33 MB/sec using SoftRAID software utility. TurboMAX supports channels 0 and 1 with master/slave capability.
