Fastest way to run Mac OS 8 or 9 on windows?

I have a a nice quad for celeron laptop with 6 gigs of ram and a 2k resolution screen. I hate windows and want to run Mac OS 8 or 9 and quickly. Is it a pipe dream? Can it be done and have a useable machine?
