Hi, would it be possible for someone to share an image for me to install OS9 in my mac mini G4 1.42 Ghz?
It had OSX 1.5.8 once I received but super slow, did not enjoy that experience.
I tried the modified version posted here, but got stuck in the grey screen during boot.
I did try deleting the extensions for ATI either on windows, linux but was unable to boot either through USB or CD-ROM (burned about 6 CD medias to no avail "did not work at all, boot wise")
...so I gave up at that point, then I downloaded debian 8 and installed fine, made all the updates, but (many has no repositories anymore, also GPG keys are a nightmare to figure out how to download) ... Anyway after all XFDE works ok, but just as slow as OSX so no point really, Blackbox, fluxbox, windowsmaker are quite nice but many apps does not open including firefox or any heavy graphical that I tried.
Anyway enough of all that, I really would like to have the old OS9 , that was one of my first OS when I was young and would appreciate to have without graphical acceleration until the driver issue is sorted, which I a pretty sure will happen.
