DVD Audio Skips Under OS 9 Using DVI-D, but not VGA

So, it turned out that the problem was the resolution that the Radeon 9000 was set to.  My monitor supports a max resolution of 1280x1024 and the Radeon 9000 was set to that after I installed the latest ATI drivers.  If I change the resolution to something lower, the skipping doesn't occur.
