Getting localized versions of Mac OS 9 to work on unsupported hardware

Well, I've been using the universal disc for unsupported computers, but it is English international version.

I have access to the Spanish Mac OS 9 disc. Which are the things I need to add in order to make it work? I'd prefer having my entire system in my language. Also I want to play with OS 9 internals a bit.

If so, I could prepare the equivalent Mac OS 9 for unsupported Macs but in Spanish. Maybe some other crazy one might be interested.
