Need help/clarification with installing GROOVE AGENT

Having some problems trying to install GA.

  "Decompress the file with Stuffit Expander and record it to a real CD the Apple Disk Copy image once Mounted on the desktop." ...Hmmmmmm.

  My download machine is running OSX 10.11.6    It does not have stuffit on board. It can burn cds.     

   My OS 9 machine cannot burn discs, or access the internet. It has Stuffit Deluxe on board.

   I can transfer files between the two.

  Can anyone give a (idiot-proof!) step by step how to go about the install?

give yourself ftp access on that osx machine and pull the file over to the os9 machine or if you have a lot of patience try a usb stick
