Soundflower for OS 9 or similar

Looking to record internal sounds of computer without recording out. Any options in OS 9. In OS X this can be accomplished with soundflower by cycling '74/rogue amoeba and any recording program.

Hi Remy.... Use Digital Performer (aka DP) version 2.7 or 3.11 or whatever version you have. Set the Mac's Sound Panel to use MAS (MOTU Audio System). Make sure DP itself has MAS enabled as well. Then assign an audio track in DP to bus in Sound Manager. A unique feature of DP.

Another option would be to loop your physical output back to the input and disable monitoring to avoid feedback in whatever software you use, selecting builtin line input as the recording source. Pretty simple.

There is a cycling74 program called spig for OS9 that might do.what you need.

Definitely try Spig and see what the latency is, if that even matters to you.  DP under OS9 would not be my first choice if latency is a concern.
